Reiki Level II with the Horses

Reiki Level II training is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of Reiki and expand their healing abilities beyond the foundational techniques of Level I. In this 2 day intensive course, students will learn to work with advanced symbols and mantras, which empower them to channel energy more effectively and offer distant healing to others. This teaching explores the emotional and mental dimensions of healing, guiding students to address patterns and blockages at a deeper level. Emphasis is placed on strengthening intuition, enhancing sensitivity to subtle energies, and developing the confidence to integrate Reiki into a personal or professional practice. Through a blend of instruction, demonstration, hands-on experience, and guidance from the horses, students are supported as they advance on their journey as Reiki practitioners. If you are interested in taking part in this Reiki Level II Certification course, please reach out and we will be in contact with you closer to the date.

What to bring: Please bring a journal, a bag lunch, clothing for outdoor use, close-toed shoes, sunscreen and a hat. A Reiki manual, light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Integration in Nature

Sylvotherapy is also known as Forest Therapy, it goes beyond a simple walk in nature. Participants become immersed in nature, learning specific characteristics of trees and how nature helps them. It is interactive, walking, touching, smelling, sitting with nature, learning how to connect, and just be. A wide range of exercises are practiced to achieve a real improvement in the physical and psychological health of each participant. The majority of this workshop will be held outdoors. The format changes with the seasons. Our facilitator, Dr Lynda Wilson-Hare has spent 34 years in the Corporate world working in enviornments with thousands of workers in many countries of the world. Moving to a quieter time of her life, she recognizes the need to focus on individuals, to show them a different way of thinking - heading back to nature. Dr Lynda holds her PhD in Natural Health, is a Naturopathic Doctore- certified in Traditional Naturopathic Medicine, and Certified in Forest Therapy. Please register at suzanne@horseandhands.com

What to bring: Please dress for the outdoors. This is a rain or shine event. Please wear close toed shoes (you will be around the horses) and bring a water bottle. A pen and journal will be provided.
